Tell us which page and which number. A link to the Bureau of Labor Statistics series, the Federal Reserve release, the Treasury table or the government page showing the right value makes it faster — that is how a correction ships the same day. Figures that come from an official API are fixed at the source; anything wrong through our own fault is fixed immediately.

We cannot answer it. We are not accountants, lawyers or financial advisers, and we have no access to your payslip, your tax return or your benefit claim. The body that decides your case is the one to ask: the IRS, HMRC, the Social Security Administration, or a licensed professional.

Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under a free licence, with your name and the licence printed under each image. If the credit is wrong, or if you want your photo off the site even though it is freely licensed, write in: we take it down, no argument.

There is no sign-up, no login and no visitor database, so normally there is nothing of yours to delete. Even so, any request about personal data reaches this address and gets an answer.
